Better handling of Not Complete orders
The user interface to Not Complete Orders should be the same as other orders.
1. Add a column with the Order ID. Allow us to mouse over the Order ID to get a pop up showing the summary of the order.
2. Allow us to step through Not Complete orders from one to the other. Now we have to open the Not Complete order, then press the back button. If we open, the send a Customer Email, we have to press the back button twice.
3. Allow us to change the order status. For example, to Completed Offline. This is important as it keeps track of the online store's effectiveness.
4. Allow us to open a Phone Order and complete the sale.
