edit customer email prior to send
It would be helpful when sending a Customer Email to a Not Completed order, to have the ability to edit the message to personalize the conversation. Example, why their credit card failed or offer an alternative product.
This idea is being closed due to inactivity and lack of interest (number of supporters) on it.
This is not intended to suggest that the idea isn’t good or valid, but only that it hasn’t garnered enough support to be considered at this time.
We may revisit this idea at a later time though so it will be kept here in the uservoice forum for reference.
